Vee’s journey didn’t start at the top. Growing up as the eldest of six children in a household marked by addiction, domestic violence, and instability, she learned resilience and independence early. By the age of 13, she was working full-time while raising her siblings, instilling in her a relentless drive to succeed and build a better life.
Her career path took her from professional athlete and nutrition coaching to covid hitting and becoming a single mother at 22, balancing full-time work and furth university studies in psychology. But her breakthrough came when she entered the adult industry, a decision that changed her life but was never expected. WHY I CREATED THE VENTRESS
I built a stable future for myself, something many women in this industry, even those who had been doing it far longer, struggled to achieve. I realised that too many women were hustling hard but missing the bigger picture. A strategy to turn their efforts into a legacy and a secure future.
I’ve been there. I started just trying to get by but I quickly learned how to turn my skills into financial independence and long-term security. I’ve faced the challenges, made the mistakes, and figured out what it takes to not just survive but truly thrive in this industry.
That’s why I created The Ventress to give women the guidance, tools, and support I wished I’d had. My mission is to help women achieve financial success faster, with fewer scars and missteps, and to empower them to build something lasting from their time in the industry.
